Lobbies is run by Funneling Media. This page explains what we collect when you register for or join a session hosted on Lobbies, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone (if asked), time zone and your answers to the host's registration questions.
- What happens in the room: when you joined and left, chat messages, questions to Lobby (the AI assistant), polls, reactions, resources opened, offers viewed and checkout steps.
- Where you came from: the link you used, its campaign tags and a rough location from your connection.
- Payments: handled entirely by the host's payment provider (Stripe or Whop). Card details never reach Lobbies; we only keep the result (paid, failed and the decline reason category).
Your camera
If you press Start Video, the preview is shown only on your own screen. It is never uploaded, recorded or seen by anyone else.
How it is used
To run the session for you (your seat, your link, your place in the room), to let Lobby answer you with context, to send the follow-ups the host has set up (for example a replay link), and to show the host who attended and what they engaged with. Hosts may sync your contact details and activity to their own CRM.
AI
Lobby is an AI assistant and always says so. Your messages to Lobby are sent to the AI model the host uses to generate a reply. We do not use your messages to train models.
Who it is shared with
The host of the session you registered for, and the service providers that make Lobbies work (Cloudflare for hosting, the host's payment, CRM, email and AI providers). We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
For as long as the host keeps the event, or until you ask us to delete it. Backups are rotated and expire.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and you can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. Write to support@funnelingmedia.com.
