Terms

These terms cover using Lobbies (lobbies.io and app.lobbies.io), run by Funneling Media. By registering for a session or creating an account you agree to them.
For guests
- Use your real name and an email you can receive. Your join link is personal; please don't share it.
- Keep the chat respectful. Hosts can remove messages and guests.
- Purchases you make in a room are between you and the host. Refunds, guarantees and delivery are the host's terms, shown on the offer.
For hosts
- You own your recordings, offers and contact lists. You give us permission to host, stream, caption and process them to run your rooms.
- You are responsible for what your presentation, offers and follow-up emails say, and for having permission to contact the people you invite.
- Present pre-recorded sessions honestly (see pre-recorded sessions). AI persona chat and participant clips are off by default; if you switch them on, you are responsible for how they are used.
- Keys you connect (Stripe, Whop, GoHighLevel, AI providers) are stored encrypted and used only for your account. Usage on those keys is billed by those providers to you.
- Plans renew monthly. Overage is $0.03 per attendee-minute above your plan. You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the paid month.
Service
We work hard to keep rooms running and back up data every release, but Lobbies is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
Changes
We will post changes here and tell hosts by email before they take effect.
